SCROLL Pre-List Perp

The SCROLL Pre-List Perp is a pre-list market for the Layer 2 Scroll.

We assume the total issuance of SCROLL is 1 billion, and the initial price for each token for pre-listing is $2, so the fully diluted valuation (FDV) of Scroll is $2 billion.

The transition of SCROLL into a standard perpetual is contingent upon its maximum supply reaching precisely 1 billion. If this condition is not met, the settlement of SCROLL-USD will be based on the fully diluted market cap divided by 1 billion, occurring one week following its listing on a Centralized Exchange (CEX) like Binance.

Following this settlement, the SCROLL Pre-List Perp will be removed from listing, making way for the introduction of a new, normal perpetual.
